Engineering Study and execution of the project :

At the very outset, we do analysis of product, process, utilities and plant layout. Our in-depth analysis helps us design the system appropriately that could satisfy customers' diversified requirements. We derive out a room condition chart for approval from out client.
Heat load and related parameters shall be worked out based on the Room condition chart.
All major equipments shall be designed followed by the selection of small equipment/material and other related utilities.
A schematic lined diagram shall be prepared in accordance with route available.
Detailed engineering drawings shall be made on which the work is commenced.
Electrical load estimation shall be prepared for submission to the client.
The drawings and other data shall be released to the client and erection crew to start-up the work.
We supervise work time to time.
Smoke test and other related tests shall be carried out, when the plant is underway commissioning.
We shall generate documents documents such as DQ, IQ, PQ, and OQ.
We shall validate according to preset norms.
